We understand the importance of your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any issues related to quality or defects promptly. Due to the nature of custom made products, we cannot provide a refund however in-store credit with one time discount codes may be assigned on a case-to-case basis.

For any issues with products, please submit requests to:

Please include sufficent evidence of any issues with products including pictures of defects, time stamps of when the product arrived versus when the submission is made, and any other relevant information. Without sufficient evidence, we will not be able to process any in-store credit. After 48 hours of the product arriving at the designated location, it will be considered satisfactory if no claim is submitted within those 48 hours and we will be unable to process your request.
